Crossover Run Drill

Run towards the hexagon 2 in, 2 out leading with the left foot first as displayed below on the left (white arrow indicated which foot leads and the direction to go first. Have the cones 10-20 yards apart from each other and split the difference with the hex box.
Retracers

Sprint towards the first cone, touch where the imaginary line would be at the bottom of the cones, touch with your OUTSIDE HAND and make an inside turn towards the start, make a sharp angle turn and touch the same imaginary line with the same hand you touched the line previously. Sprint through the “top” of the triangle.
Stepover Into Jab Step

Start with your leg that’s closest to the bag is back, keep your shoulders square and adjacent until the end of the rep when you stick and move around the hump. Two feet in each hole while you gain ground, keep your feet HOT, don’t waste any time on the ground, we want minimum ground contact.
